A wonderful question from a community member Elaine prompted this video blog post. She was asking about feeling uncomfortable—even critical or ashamed–about how long her Kundalini Awakening process was taking.
This is a very common question, as beautifully articulated by Elaine in her submission and a struggle many people go through. I want to thank her for her creativity, vulnerability and humble self-expression. 🙏🏻
Before diving in depth into this, I want to make a note that our inner critics can be very hard on us around our awakening journey and progress.
While our inner critic has no real idea about what our multi-lifetime complex Kundalini journey is up to, it is often very good at providing a strong commentary around our failure to reach certain imaginary standards. 👩🏻🏫
Before I go any further, I want to invite you to just push your critic back a little bit and just give yourself some space. 🌬
📽 Please watch the video below as I offer a lot of very loving, supportive guidance, framing and understanding about why there is such diversity in the way Kundalini processes unfold, and why that is the case.
Listen as I unfold why each Kundalini journey–while they share common frameworks and experiences–are so unique for each person such as the timing for each phase and the process over all. It is simply not possible to compare our Kundalini journeys, and at the same time, we can get a sense of where we are in the journey by asking ourselves questions like, “What are the steps and tasks needed for us in our own progression?”
I also share details about some of my own processes on this topic. I am excited for you to enjoy this beautiful video. It is full of love for you, dear one, as you go through your awakening journey. You will receive information, and you will receive love as you listen.
Let me know your thoughts and reflections in the comments below. 👇🏼
May this video bring you safety, confidence and peace and the capacity to expand more deeply on your own awakening path. ♥️
Big love,

Thank you so much Myree for this very reassuring post. I do resonate with this topic as I’ve been going through a lengthy and very challenging Kundalini awakening. Whilst it is still challenging, the intensity is no longer as intense as I used to experience it. And looking back, I could now see its intelligence which was something that I could not see in last past few years. So again, huge thanks to you Myree and also to you Elaine for bringing this topic into the light and for sharing with us these valuable insights. Much love.
Dear Ronnie,
I thank you back for taking the time to give me this thoughtful feedback. It’s really exciting for me when I hear that my efforts have hit home with some people. You’ve written such a kind message and obviously have a lot of space to experience what you need, while keeping an observer mindset about the process, which allows you to be inside and next to your own experience. This is a wise and humble lens to bring to awakening.
I send you many blessings to your journey as it unfolds, and honour your tender and thoughtful style of navigating the process.
Big love,
Myree
This was so helpful even thought it wasn’t my question. Thank you Myree, you are a beautiful light as always!
With love,
Sara

Big love, blessings to your journey and your heart,

I love these movies Myree! I could listen to you for hours, soaking up all the powerful wisdom
What resonated with me most was the part on taking time and feeling into what is aligned timing. Ongoing lesson for me.
Dear Eline,
Thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback, it’s so valuable for me to know what resonates with people. I really appreciate being able to connect more personally with the clients and listeners who are out there, it may seem just a brief comment to you but it gives me such a boost! Aligned timing can be so tricky in this world where more, quicker, bigger, faster is the common theme. Slowing down and trusting yourself can truly be a rebellious act. Good on you for taking the challenge.
Big love dear one,
Myree x
