I am excited to let you know that we had a successful video creation weekend last March and filmed a lot of videos aimed at being deeply supportive of you as you go through awakening. 

I invited one of my oldest friends, Vishal, to fly over from Melbourne and stay with me in the Barossa over a long weekend.  Vishal is a professional filmmaker and has been in the industry for many decades. We have been friends for more than 30 years. We first connected one early morning during Iyengar Yoga, which he teaches and became firm friends when I later lived in an Ashram.

We have an ancient soul connection that goes beyond time. It makes hanging out together sacred, fun and effortless. 

Upon his arrival, we immediately dived into lunch and the intricacies of production planning. Even though it is a fun and meaningful film shoot, Vishal treats it with the same professionalism as if it were a big-budget movie.

I prepared in advance a 40-page document of many of your questions that you had submitted to me and also from this blog, and all my bullet points of ideas to offer in response. We went through that document together before rearranging my house to create a little set where we would do the filming. 

The next day began with an early makeup session—being under those lights requires good makeup. 💄 Then off we went!

Because Vishal and I can hold deep space for one another, it allowed me to speak from my heart and spirit in these videos. This resulted in care-filled and powerful answers to your varied questions about awakening as you look for the best and most meaningful ways to bring healing to yourself. 🎙

Vishal and I had such a good time creating these that we planned to make more together over future weekends. 🎉🎈
